Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers, prospects and referral sources to produce new policies and accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships through phone calls, personal visits and follow-up.
- Develop thorough knowledge of market appropriate products and services to provide sound risk management advice and educate clients on their insurance options.
- Offer superior customer service with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.
