Position Overview

Responsibilities:

• Supports the Office Manager and account teams with general administrative tasks as needed
• Assists with office equipment (printers, etc. ) as needed
• Assists with formatting and binding of documents
• Receives, sorts and distributes daily mail/deliveries
• Assists with documents as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, ask for direction and work under pressure
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to learn quickly
• Self-starter
• Strong attention to detail
