Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers, prospects and referral sources to produce new policies and accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships through phone calls, personal visits and follow-up.
- Develop thorough knowledge of market appropriate products and services to provide sound risk management advice and educate clients on their insurance options.
- Offer superior customer service with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Motivated to provide quality risk management and peace of mind to businesses, families and individuals
- Skilled at problem solving
- Committed to providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Remain up-to-date regarding product changes, licensing, technical developments and continuing education
