As we go into the new year, we are especially thankful for having the best employees and their dedication to First Baldwin and our clients. We believe that our team is truly at the heart of our success as an agency, and we continually invest in them to help them succeed personally and professionally.
Our employees routinely participate in insurance training programs and workshops to enhance their customer service skills and broaden their industry knowledge. As a result of this, our employees feel tremendous pride in their service to our clients. Likewise, they are far happier not having all that stress that comes with not knowing the most valued solutions.
But we are especially proud of our team’s commitment to their neighbors and communities. As an energetic team, our employees are working to not only be the best professionals, but are also dedicated to making their communities a better place.
We like to support their efforts by offering our employees as part of their comprehensive benefits package a paid community service day, a 37.5-hour work week and FLEX scheduling to give them time to give back, to help them become better neighbors—and, as a result, to better serve our clients.
As we continue to grow, we are looking to add even more caring professionals to our team. We feel it’s our obligation to our team to continue to champion and promote an office culture that encourages collaboration and teamwork and one where our employees can feel tremendous pleasure knowing that the work they do makes things better for our clients. Having established a friendship-friendly work environment, our employees enjoy the self-satisfaction and pride that comes with creating unique solutions for our clients.
