McGee has over 15 years experience in the insurance industry. He has been with First Baldwin Insurance for nearly 5 of those 15 years. He is proficient in both commercial & personal lines products. McGee really enjoys getting to know his clients & their families on a personal level.
Gerry Springer has more than forty years of leadership experience building financial solutions for clients in the Insurance, Investment, and Mortgage arena. Gerry started his financial career during college as a Life and Health Agent for American General and AFLAC.
Donna Turner is no stranger to serving others. With more than 30 years of experience as an insurance sales executive in Alabama, she has a proven track record in sales, agency management, and market and product conditions. Now she’s putting that to work as a member of the First Baldwin Insurance team.
Becky Hall is a Licensed Account Manager who brings seven years of experience in property and casualty insurance to First Baldwin Insurance. As a Baldwin County native originally from Bon Secour, she is well-acquainted with coastal Alabama. She also attended Foley High School.
Traci was born and raised in Sylacauga, Alabama and moved to Gulf Shores in 2013. After graduating from Jacksonville State University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and minor in Business, she started her career in insurance in 1989 and has since worked in both personal lines and commercial lines.
Carol Corder is another asset to the knowledgeable professionals on the First Baldwin Insurance team. She has 17 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, and she loves every aspect of helping her clients. She especially enjoys educating her clients about the important coverages they are purchasing. In fact, she says that’s her favorite part!
Valerie Miller, a licensed account manager, is excited to be part of First Baldwin Insurance. Her enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service to the best of her ability, plus her 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, make her a valuable asset to our team.
Stephen Marlow – Administrative Technician
Stephen displays a fascination for computers, systems and technology that goes far beyond his job description. An avid programmer and reader, he never misses an opportunity to learn something new every day, and uses his experience to help keep First Baldwin Insurance ahead of the technological curve.
Juliana Krewson – Administrative Technician
With more than 40 years of office administrative and managerial experiences, Juliana Krewson provides support to First Baldwin Insurance and its respective clients. Hers is the friendly voice that answers the phone and the first smile clients and staff see when they walk in the door. Juliana’s goal is to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Christy Doles – Accounting Coordinator
Christy Doles, an Accounting Coordinator for First Baldwin Insurance, is involved in the accounting and systems side of our agency’s operations. She graduated from Black River Technical College in Pocahontas, Arkansas in 2006 with an Associate degree in Business Technology.
Jeff Powell – Agency Principal
Currently President and Managing Principal at First Baldwin Insurance, Jeff focuses on bringing a diverse group of insurance carriers together through strategic brokerage agreements with a wide selection of insurance wholesalers and admitted carriers to provide more choices for his clients.
